Sales Assistant (Gaming Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with outsourced parties and vendors to explore sales opportunities
• Maintain strong business relationships with existing customers
• Handle inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Manage stock and track orders
• Prepare sales documents for client presentations
• Coordinate with logistics
• Perform ad hoc projects
• Participate in weekly internal meetings
• Work closely with in-house stakeholders, including sales team, production team, business intelligence team, IT team, etc.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Candidates with related experience in the game/toys/cosmetic industry are preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, aggressive, outgoing, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Good in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
