Sales Assistant (Hybrid working)

Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.

2. Collect and assess customer information to qualify leads.

3. Explain basic product info, ongoing promotions and events to potential customers.

4. Arrange and confirm appointments for the sales team.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

6. Collaborate with sales team to achieve assigned targets and goals.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

2. Experience in promoter, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus.

3. Good communication skills, both verbal and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Chinese is an added advantage.

4. Confident speaking on the phone.

5. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively present company products and engage potential customers.

6. Proficiency in using technology for call management and record-keeping.
