Sales Assistant (Imago Mall)

Job Summary:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Assistants to join our growing team at multiple mall locations. If you’re passionate about retail, enjoy helping customers, and want to work in a dynamic environment, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with inquiries and product selection.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using POS systems.
• Organize product displays and replenish shelves as needed.
• Keep the sales floor clean and visually appealing.
• Support stock-taking and inventory management.
• Assist in promotional activities and upsell where appropriate.
• Comply with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent; diploma/degree is a plus.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and on rotating shifts.
