Sales Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential flats/apartments to prospective customers.
• Attend to walk-in, phone, and online customer enquiries professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property/site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain good relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Handle customer questions and concerns in a polite and professional manner.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-handling ability.
• Experience in real estate/property sales will be an advantage.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Knowledge of the local property market is preferred
