What they need
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and supervising staff.
Handle customer enquiries, reservations and sales activities.
Ensure good customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Assist in managing food and beverage sales, promotions and business development.
Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in inventory control, stock management and daily reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
