Sales Assistant Manager / Manager | EST

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and pursue new B2B food-service opportunities.
• Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
• Build relationships with procurement teams, contractors and decision-makers.
• Leverage existing industry networks to secure business opportunities.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders and RFQs.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor market developments, competitors and upcoming contracts.
• Maintain sales pipelines and forecasts.
• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance.
• Support pricing and commercial strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant sales experience.

• Strong B2B food sales and business development track record.

• Experience in new customer acquisition and account management.

• Candidates should have an established network within either:

• Aviation / airline catering / airport food services, or Army / defence / institutional catering / large-scale food services.

• Experience dealing with procurement teams and senior decision-makers.

• Tender/RFQ/contract-based sales experience is advantageous.
