Sales Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Our client, a growing company in the logistics and transportation industry, is currently looking for a Sales Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) to support daily business operations, administration, coordination, and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a translator for Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
• Act as the primary point of contact, liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Manage calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
• Arrange business travel, including transportation and itineraries.
• Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Maintain databases and organize filing systems efficiently.
• Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel for business purposes.

Requirements:

• Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Computer literate with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
