Sales Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily internal sales tasks, including managing customer orders (order, shipping & payment), data entry and follow-up, and organizing related documents
• Coordinate and manage with the warehouse regarding product availability and shipment
• Coordinate communication between various internal departments and the sales team to ensure the smooth processing of orders, PO, contracts, and invoices
• Help organize sales meetings, prepare sales reports, and compile relevant materials
• Input and archive purchasing data neatly and accurately
• Assist with the vendor evaluation and price negotiation processes
