Sales Assistant (Office-based)

Exodus Time Industries Inc. (ETI), the official distributor of CASIO Timepieces in the Philippines, is on the lookout for an experienced Sales Assistant to join our team.

You'll play a vital role in making sure our business stays fully compliant with all relevant government regulations. Basically, keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing quotations, reports, and other sales documents
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product or service information
• Process orders and coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain and update sales records and customer information
• Monitor and follow up on orders and client requests
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales team

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business-related course or equivalent
• With or without experience
• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting, data tracking ang organization)
• Microsoft PowerPoint (for presentations)
• Good communication and organizational skills

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
