Sales Assistant Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient call handling and meeting targets.
• Oversee sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other teams to drive business growth through innovative solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in BPO Operations or related field (Outbound Sales/Domestic Sales).

• Strong understanding of BPO Sales process and ability to manage a team effectively.

• Excellent communication skills for building client relationships and resolving issues promptly.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales voice program, with minimum of 1 year as an Assistant manager
