About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant Backend & Client Relations to support our sales team and manage day-to-day communication with existing USA clients.

This is a backend-focused role involving client coordination, order processing, follow-ups, pricing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with existing USA clients
• Understand client requirements and provide product, pricing & availability information
• Handle quotations, orders, invoices and sales documentation
• Follow up on orders, payments, shipments and deliveries
• Coordinate with Inventory, Accounts, Production & Logistics teams
• Maintain accurate client and sales data in Excel/ CRM
• Respond to client queries promptly and professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing USA clients
• Provide effective backend support to the sales team

Candidate Profile

23 years of experience in Sales Support / Sales Coordination / Client Servicing / Backend Sales
Good English communication skills written & verbal
Comfortable communicating with USA clients through email and phone
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Experience in the Diamond & Jewelry industry will be an added advantage
