Salary: From RM3,500 onwards (depending on work experience)

Nexigold Jewellery is looking for motivated, enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team!

• Cheng, Melaka
• Peringgit, Melaka

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service, including product presentations and sales assistance.
• Understand customers’ needs and assist them in selecting suitable gold jewellery products.
• Promote products actively and achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure proper product displays, store cleanliness and smooth daily store operations.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
• Assist with daily sales activities and other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and candidates without relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills, customer service skills and teamwork abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to sales training.
• Responsible, proactive and able to work according to the store’s operational arrangements.
• Candidates with experience in the gold jewellery sales industry will have an added advantage.

• Salary: From RM3,500 onwards, depending on work experience.

工作职责

• 为顾客提供专业、友善的产品介绍与销售服务。
• 了解顾客需求，协助顾客选择合适的金饰产品。
• 积极推广产品，达成个人及门店销售目标。
• 负责产品陈列、店面整洁及日常门店运作。
• 处理顾客咨询，并维持良好的顾客关系。
• 协助完成日常销售及其他相关工作。

任职要求

• 欢迎应届毕业生及无相关工作经验者申请。
• 具备良好的沟通能力、服务意识及团队合作精神。
• 积极主动，乐于学习，并愿意接受销售方面的培训。
• 具备责任感，能够配合门店的工作安排。
• 有黄金销售行业经验者将获优先考虑。
