• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to maximize sales potential.
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items that complement their purchases.
• Manage checkout procedures efficiently while practicing excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or in person.
• Keep the sales floor tidy and organized by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are correctly labeled.
• Use basic math skills to handle transactions accurately, process payments, and manage inventory counts with organizational precision.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members.
• interest in merchandising, upselling, and retail sales is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy hours.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register operations accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to practice good phone etiquette and maintain professional demeanor at all times.
