Sales Assistant - (Quezon City)

The position is primarily responsible for handling operational tasks such as documentation and form preparations, coordination with other departments, routing of documents according to processes, planning and overseeing automation projects and coordinates with people and processes to complete and deliver tasks and projects on time, within the budget, and with desired outcome aligned to objectives.

Job Description:

Learning Solutions Department

1. Generates regular productivity reports for the department and region.
2. Assists in planning, budgeting and developing operations resources request for Sales Learning Solutions Team by collating, monitoring, recording of budgets and expenses, and tracking of company assets.
3. Coordinates with the different members of the team and other departments to track schedules, budget, vehicle, training, job requests, and others.
4. Handles and securing the proper distribution of petty cash and the liquidation; secures the required acknowledgement receipt of all cash in a timely manner
5. Prepares and submits prescribed documentation and reports to the Learning Solutions Division, Institutional Sales and other departments or the client in a timely and accurate manner
6. Attends to phone-in inquiries about the products and escalating it to concerned person for further handling
7. Keeps records and copies of contracts and agreements with clients and partners
8. Documents and reports all support requests, issues, concerns, and relevant implementation activities of the team client and other departments
9. Maintain contact list and contracts with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
10. Assists during the planning and execution of sales and implementation events and initiatives, including but not limited to selling, implementation and after sales activities.
11. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
