We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales operations. The role involves field work, account visits, merchandising support, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient sales execution within the assigned territories.

Scope of Work and Responsibilities

Field Work

• Conduct regular field visits to assigned outlets and customers.
• Support sales and trade marketing activities in the assigned territories.
• Assist in merchandising, product displays, and promotional executions.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Monitor product availability, inventory, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit field reports and other required documentation.

Administrative Work

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments regarding field concerns.
• Process and organize sales-related documents and reports.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
• Experience in sales, merchandising, or field operations is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel extensively within Leyte and Samar.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel within assigned territories as needed
