At Leisure Lakes Bikes, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team in Southampton

Role Requirements As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operation of our store. You will be working on a busy shop floor, assisting customers with product advice, answering questions, and helping riders find the right solutions for their needs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• Operating our workshop diary and booking system
• Using the EPOS till system
• Managing stock and assisting with stock takes
• Liaising with manufacturers and suppliers
• Undertaking general shop duties to support the smooth running of the store

Working Hours Our Southampton store operates over seven days per week with trading hours typically ranging from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Successful candidates must be flexible and available to work across these operating hours, including weekends and peak trading periods. Split shifts will be required
