SALES ASSISTENT

About the role

This is a commission-based insurance sales partnership opportunity for motivated and self-driven individuals. You will have 100% flexible working arrangements with the freedom to manage your own sales activities and customer leads. The role offers unlimited earning potential based on sales performance, with the opportunity to handle both Motor and Non-Motor Insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and introduce Motor and Non-Motor insurance services
• Identify and approach potential customers
• Generate and manage your own leads
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Maintain good customer relationships
• Assist customers throughout the insurance application and renewal process
• Achieve sales based on your own targets and efforts

About you

• Self-motivated and proactive individuals
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching and communicating with customers
• Sales-oriented and willing to learn
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous insurance, sales, marketing or customer-service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
