Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, offering product demos and personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and balancing registers at shift end
• Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising products, and maintaining an organized store layout to maximize sales potential
• Conduct upselling by recommending complementary products and informing customers about new or featured items
• Provide excellent customer service through clear communication, phone etiquette, and attentive support
• Support administrative tasks such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate sales records

Experience

• Prior retail sales experience with a strong understanding of POS systems and cash register operations
• Supervising experience or leadership roles in retail environments are highly valued
• Proven ability to perform retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts
• Bilingual proficiency to serve diverse customer needs effectively
• Familiarity with merchandising techniques and product demos to engage customers actively
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on friendly phone etiquette and customer interaction
• Knowledge of retail store product lines and basic math skills necessary for daily operations
