Sales Associate & Administrative Executive - Medan

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Representative, Gold Representative, & Administrative Executive to join our growing team in Medan area (New Store). As a Jewellery Representative, Gold Representative, & Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our prestigious jewellery brands to high-end customers across the region.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
• Showcase our jewellery collections and provide exceptional product knowledge and customer service
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing sales
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our brands and generate new leads
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help improve our offerings
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

• Minimum education: High School graduate for Gold Representative
• Minimum education: Diploma 3 / Bachelor Degree (S1) for Jewellery Representative and Administrative Executive
• (Sales) Proven experience min. 1 years as a sales representative or consultant in fashion, luxury retail industry, automotive, or hospitality
• (Cashier) Proven experience min. 1 year in finance or accounting including cash management and reporting and inverntory control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• A passion for the retail luxury industry and a deep understanding of high-end fashion products
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Willing to work in shift hours (Mall Operational Hours) and willing to work 6 days a week (Including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday, 1 day off on weekday)
