Sales Associate (Bangkok)

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Associate to join our team at THG Prima Times Co., Ltd.' in the heart of Bangkok. This full-time position will involve providing exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our retail store in the Pathumwan district.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
2. Maintaining product displays and store presentation to the highest standards
3. Handling cashier duties, processing transactions accurately and efficiently
4. Restocking and organizing inventory as required
5. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold brand reputation

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the consumer goods or retail industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
3. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation
5. Proficiency in both Thai and English languages, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
6. Flexible and adaptable to accommodate the needs of the business, including weekend and holiday shifts
