We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Provide detailed information about merchandise, promotions, and assist customers with product inquiries and demonstrate product features through demos
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and retail math skills
• Manage cash register operations including cash management and reconciliation at shift end
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor to ensure a welcoming shopping environment and maintain attractive merchandise displays
• Upsell relevant products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales goals

Skills

• Bilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, excellent phone etiquette
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments (preferred)
• Strong math skills including basic math and retail math
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash management duties efficiently
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
