Sales Associate (Catalyst)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Associate (Catalyst) to support our import and export business operations. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating orders and forecasts, handling quotations, monitoring costs, and ensuring smooth business operations while maintaining customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues, coordinating with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
• Receive, review, and coordinate customer orders and forecasts with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor purchase order schedules and delivery performance, ensuring timely communication with customers regarding delivery status and potential impacts.
• Prepare, review, and maintain quotations and pricing information accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to support pricing analysis, cost management, and profitability targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, gross profit projections, and business reports while monitoring budget performance and analyzing variances.
• Handle daily operational activities and problem-solving to ensure smooth import/export business operations.
• Support process improvement initiatives and perform additional assignments as delegated by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields

• 0-2 years of experience in Import/Export, Supply Chain, Sales Support, or related areas

• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage

• Good command of English (TOEIC 550+)

• Able to work on some Saturdays (not over 2 days per month depending on company calendar)
