Sales Associate (CDI)

The Vauban&Fort Group is an innovative leader in the real estate market and a pioneer in coliving in Luxembourg since 2015. We build thriving communities of international professionals and are looking for a high energy, results-driven Sales Associate with great interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team.

Main responsibilities:

• Drive the full sales cycle in our internal CRM with calls, emails, online meetings, and in-person viewings
• Qualify and talk to inbound leads to help them find the best room from our portfolio
• Set up viewings, organise property visits, follow up with clients and close deals
• Onboarding of new clients and supporting existing ones (contracts, move ins / outs)
• Identify new opportunities to improve visibility, sales performance and conversion rates
• Hit monthly sales goals

Your profile:

• 2-3 years experience in sales, customer service, business development or other client-facing roles
• Great interpersonal and communication skills and enjoy meeting new people
• Driven and capable of organising your tasks, sales pipeline and daily schedule to maximise conversion
• Team player, can work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Driving license is mandatory
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Speaking French and other languages is an advantage
• Good sense of humour
