Sales Associate

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, promoting technology products, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. The role ensures a positive shopping experience and supports daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and recommend products based on their needs.
• Promote computers, gaming consoles, mobile devices, accessories, and other tech products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate product displays.
• Monitor inventory and replenish stocks as needed.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Provide after-sales support and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least a Senior High School graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.
• Sales or customer service experience in retail is preferred.
• Knowledge of computers, gadgets, gaming, or consumer electronics is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-driven, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
