Role & responsibilities

Contribute to achieve sales targets and store performance goals, actively upsell and cross sell

• Process purchase, manage payment transactions

• Assist inventory control, receiving shipments, maintaining accurate stock records

• Have good knowledge of products, promotions and features to assist customers effectively

• Customer handling, assistance with product selection, answer query and offer

recommendations

• Upkeep / Maintain store image, ensure restocking and merchandising
