Responsibilities Summary of Job Profile:

The Sales Executive will help in sales operations, client handling, lead generation, and business development strategies. The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate who is passionate about pursuing a career in sales and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities
• Perform market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients
• Support in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or visits as required
• Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas for growth
• Help organize sales events or client meetings when needed
• Track and report key sales metrics and progress

Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) required to successfully perform the job:

Knowledge

• Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer relationship management
• Awareness of current market trends and business practices
• Familiarity with digital tools and social selling platforms is a plus

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills

Abilities

• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

Education Required For The Position

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related business/technology discipline. Graduates from NED University, Sir Syed University, FAST-NUCES, IBA Karachi, IoBM (CBM), SZABIST, KSBL, University of Karachi, Iqra University, and other HEC-recognized universities are encouraged to apply.
