Responsibilities Offer assistance to or direction to any and all customers who enter the dealership

Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs

Work directly with our employees to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process

Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers

Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses

Build rapport with customers to establish customer network

Training will be provided to help with your transition to our dealership

Requirements Automotive experience is not required! Willing to train!

Spanish speaking is a PLUS!

• Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills

Must be interested in working within a team environment

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday

Clean driving record

Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
