Sales Associate

Job Summary

We have a very flexible position that offers up to 25 hours per week. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team! Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping experience, ensuring they feel valued and supported
• Promote and sell retail products
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, and cashiering
• Perform basic math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and cash reconciliation
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, and services

Experience

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
