Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and financial software
• Handle cash drawer operations, including cash handling, balancing, and reconciliation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store products, promotions, and services to inform customer interactions
• Support inventory management through data entry, stock replenishment, and product displays
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred; retail store experience is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling, cash management, and retail math calculations
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with financial software systems
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to perform cashiering duties including processing cash transactions and operating POS systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise as needed, and work flexible hours including weekends
