SALES ASSOCIATE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.    Greet and assist customers with warmth and enthusiasm, embodying the brand experience.

2.    Offer styling advice and product suggestions tailored to each customer’s needs.

3.    Be attentive to the client’s requested details for embroidery and/or printing.

4.    Operate the POS system to save orders/transactions accurately.

5.    Ensure all merchandise is well-stocked and attractively displayed in the showroom.

6.    Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment in line with standards.

7.    Stay updated on current promotions, discounts, and store policies.

8.    Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and promptly escalate when necessary.

9.    Support the team in achieving sales goals, performance goals, and providing outstanding customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or apparel sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a strong interest in fashion, styling, and helping others feel confident in what they wear.
• Excellent customer service skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain attention to detail.
• Knowledgeable in basic computer and/or POS systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
