Cellboy (Cellboy Sales and Services Corporation), a combined Sales Staff and Cashier handles customer service, promotes mobile phones, gadgets, and accessories, drives store sales, and accurately processes cash or digital payments at the mall-based checkout counter.

Sales Duties

• Greet mall customers and introduce phone models, gadgets, and tech accessories.
• Explain product features, specs, and prices to help buyers choose.
• Reach daily and monthly branch sales quotas.
• Restock shelves, check inventory levels, and arrange product displays.
• Keep the booth or store clean, neat, and organized.

Cashiering Duties

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) machine or cash register.

• Process cash, credit card, and digital/mobile wallet transactions.

• Issue accurate change, receipts, and invoices.

• Balance and tally cash drawers at the start and end of shifts.

• Handle customer returns or basic billing questions following company rules
