About the Role:

As an International Sales Associate, you'll work with customers across global markets through outbound interactions. The role combines customer service, lead generation, and sales, where you'll build relationships, understand customer needs, and connect them with suitable products or services. It's an Amalgamation of international BPO and Sales process.

Our campaigns span multiple industries, including financial solutions and renewable energy, giving you exposure to international customers and business practices. You'll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, maintaining customer records, delivering excellent customer experiences, and achieving performance targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals looking to build a career in international sales, customer engagement, and business development while working with global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound customer calls.
