Sales Associate

• Pre-screening accounts tagged to ROPA for disposal.
• Coordinating with departments for pre-bid requirements (e.g., Confirmation to Sell, Inspection Reports).
• Facilitating bid openings and informing customers of results.
• Recording and maintaining bidding results.
• Updating reports on sold units and payment status.
• Processing auto-debit requests and contract references.
• Coordinating with Accounting for payment validation.
• Preparing and routing gatepasses and credit memo requests.
• Handling KYC documents and Deed of Sale processing.
• Monitoring release status of ROPA documents.
• Sending reminders and follow-ups for pending payments.
• Processing billing statements and service provider payments.
• Safekeeping all ROPA documents and bidding records.
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
