Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Provide detailed product information, including features and benefits, to help customers make informed decisions
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
• Handle customer inquiries regarding store services, product availability, and financial services such as loans or banking options
• Maintain knowledge of retail math, basic math, and financial software to ensure precise cash register operations and transaction processing
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product displays, and organization of merchandise
• Assist with loan processing or financial service applications as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
• Familiarity with beauty industry (Hair, Nails, Make-Up, etc.)
• Strong math skills, including retail math and 10 key typing proficiency
• Excellent communication skills to engage customers effectively
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
• Knowledge of cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
• Experience with financial software or point-of-sale systems preferred
