The Sales Associate drives store revenue by proactively engaging customers, providing tailored product recommendations, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and consistently reaching sales targets in assigned store locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively assist shoppers, answer product inquiries, offer personalized recommendations, and close sales to meet individual and store targets.

• Keep displays clean, fully stocked, and aligned with company guidelines while performing regular stock checks.

• Build positive, lasting connections with customers and collaborate smoothly with store management and team members.

• Consistently follow company policies, store safety procedures, and merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or college-level background.
• Previous retail sales, promotion, or merchandising experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, strong interpersonal rapport, and a customer-first mindset.
• Target-driven, hardworking, dependable, and proactive.
• Flexible and open to working weekend and holiday shifts.
