Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features clearly to customers
• Utilize merchandising techniques to create attractive displays that boost sales
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
• Upsell complementary products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales volume
• Maintain organized shelves, ensure proper stock levels, and replenish merchandise as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently
• Use phone etiquette skills to communicate product information or assist customers remotely when necessary

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Experience with technology sales or product demos is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and customer service best practices
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization and professionalism
