We are looking for an individual who is proactive, can take initiative and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. You will be a strong communicator, a fantastic team player and also have the ability to work autonomously.

Your duties will include:

• Database prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, letter box drops;
• Booking and assisting with home appraisals;
• Assisting with open homes and private inspections;
• Handling phone & email inquiries;
• Managing leads pipeline;
• Assisting with listing properties for sale;
• Build relationships with existing and prospective vendors and buyers;
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities;
• Assisting in developing marketing materials;
• Data entry and other administrative duties as required;
• Ensuring a smooth sales campaign process from start to finish; and
• Any other ad hoc general administration duties.

As you develop and display increasing competence in these areas your responsibilities will evolve, resulting in you becoming a fully-fledged Agent. In time, you may well become the Agent who mentors a new-starter!

To succeed in this role you'll have:

• A current Agent Representative Certificate (MUST HAVE!!)
• Availability to work Saturday's - this is game day in real estate;
• Reliable car;
• Drivers Licence;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• A focused, driven and motivated personality;
• Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook;
• Ability to work effectively under pressure;
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively;
• Professional phone manner;
• High level personal presentation;
• Technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies;
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and systems;
• A team player;
• Possess exceptional follow-up;
