Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales performance in the store. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role also supports daily store operations, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and cashier duties, while maintaining high standards of store presentation and brand image.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and proactively offer assistance
• Recommend suitable products to support sales growth
• Maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of store layout

2. Product & Store Management

• Ensure merchandise is displayed in line with brand standards
• Replenish stock and monitor product availability
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sales-ready store environment at all times

3. Fitting Room & Customer Experience

• Provide attentive customer service and basic styling advice
• Assist customers during product trials and purchasing decisions

4. Cashier & Store Operations

• Handle cashier duties accurately and efficiently
• Deliver service with a positive attitude and adapt communication to different customers
• Support daily store operations and team workflow

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Lower secondary school completion or equivalent (high school diploma preferred; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage
• Service-minded, energetic, and a strong team player
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic English communication skills are a plus
