Sales Associate - 高級意大利奢侈品牌(鞋履)

為配合發展，本公司現為高級意大利奢侈品牌(鞋履) 招聘銷售員

地點: 啟德SOGO

職責:

• 為客人提供專業及優質服務
• 向客人介紹及推廣品牌產品
• 達成個人及店舖銷售目標，維持貨場環境整潔
• 利用各種social media 與客人保持聯絡及建立長遠關係
• 處理店舖日常運作

要求:

• 2年零售經驗(Fast Fashion / Sports brand / Luxury), 鞋履/皮具零售背景優先
• 流利廣東話，基本英語及普通話
• 良好溝通技巧，充滿熱誠與客人交流
• 重視團隊精神，樂於與店舖同事合作

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales targets and help to achieve store targets
• Provide excellent customer service to clients in a professional manner
• Handle any inquiries or complaints, and provide professional feedback to customers
• Maintain the visual and merchandise displays in order according to corporate guidelines
• Assist in stock management and store operations
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 -2 years of sales experience, welcome premium brand / sports brand background
• Pleasant, mature, service-oriented and high fashion sense
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• More experience may be considered as Senior Sales Assistant
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
