Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, identifying new customers, maintaining good client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s technical products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customers’ technical requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Present and explain products or services to customers and address their questions or concerns.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other required sales documents
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations and potential sales.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
• Conduct customer visits, meetings and product presentations as needed.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities and customer information.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery of customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
