Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable products or services to enhance their shopping experience
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including processing cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately using cash registers and financial software
• Handle cash drawer management, ensuring proper cash handling, balancing registers at shift end, and maintaining accurate cash management records
• Support retail store operations by performing data entry tasks related to sales, inventory, and customer information with precision
• Engage in retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and product quantities to ensure accurate transactions
• Contribute to loan processing and collections activities when applicable, including loan documentation review and follow-up on overdue accounts
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales and customer service environments with a focus on delivering positive experiences
• Familiarity with banking or financial services operations, including cash handling and cash management procedures
• Strong basic math skills for calculations involving pricing, discounts, and cash transactions
• Proficiency in data entry and using financial or retail software systems for transaction processing
• Knowledge of retail store operations such as cashiering, loan collections, retail lending processes, and cash drawer balancing
• Excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
