Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Promote and sell retail products and financial services, including retail lending options when applicable
• Handle cash transactions accurately by processing cash, credit/debit card payments, and managing the cash drawer with precision
• Maintain accurate data entry of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory records using financial software systems
• Support loan processing and collections activities by verifying customer details and following up on outstanding payments
• Manage retail math tasks such as calculating discounts, totals, and change while ensuring proper cash handling procedures
• Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and stock levels to ensure an inviting environment for customers

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or retail store environments is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and financial data entry
• Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently using 10 key typing skills
• Experience with banking or financial services, including loan collections or processing, is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash drawer operations, cash management, and cashiering responsibilities effectively
