About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our vibrant team at Sandbox in Badung, Bali. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operation. This is a full-time position, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
What you'll be doing
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a neat and organised retail space, ensuring products are well-displayed and easily accessible
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organisation
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
