1. 고객 응대 및 판매

-고객 안내 및 상품 안내

-신상품 및 인기 상품 적극 제안 (업셀링/크로스셀링)

-결제 및 POS 운영

2. 매장 운영 및 관리 -매장 오픈/마감 업무 수행

-매장 청결 및 진열 상태 유지

-고객 동선 및 체류 경험 고려한 매장 환경 관리

3. 상품 진열 및 재고 관리 -입고 상품 검수 및 진열

-재고 현황 파악

4. 이벤트 및 프로모션 운영 -매장 이벤트 및 프로모션 실행 지원

5. 고객 이슈 대응 -고객 문의 및 컴플레인 응대

-현장 이슈 발생 시 신속 대응 및 보고

■ 자격 요건 (Qualifications) -고객 응대 및 서비스 마인드 보유

-밝고 적극적인 커뮤니케이션 능력

-책임감 있고 성실한 근무 태도

■ 우대 사항 (Preferred) -리테일/매장 근무 경험자

-피규어, 캐릭터, 키덜트 상품에 대한 관심

-외국어 가능자 (중국어 / 일본어 / 영어)

-바쁜 환경에서도 안정적인 고객 응대 경험
