ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Associate, you will:

✔ Identify and onboard new clients while nurturing existing relationships

✔ Promote our insurance solutions (Saving/Investment/Endowment plans) through strategic marketing initiatives

✔ Contribute to business growth by executing effective sales campaigns

✔ Deliver excellent customer experience and professional advisory services

✔ Work independently and also within a team.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Individuals with:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Insurance, Business Management, or related field (ND/HND holders may also apply)

• Sales experience is a plus.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability

• Knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage
