Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, outgoing Sales Associate to join our team as a live auction host on TikTok. This is an on-camera role where you will be the face of our live shows — entertaining viewers, showcasing a wide variety of products, and driving real-time sales through exciting and engaging auctions.

Duties

• Host live auction sessions on TikTok Live, keeping energy high and viewers engaged throughout
• Present and showcase a wide variety of products in a fun, compelling, and informative way
• Interact with the live chat in real time — answering questions, shouting out bidders, and building a loyal audience
• Create urgency and excitement to drive bidding activity and maximize sales
• Work with our team to prep products and organize each live session before going on air
• Provide feedback on product performance and viewer engagement after each session

Requirements

• Outgoing, confident personality — you are comfortable speaking on camera and holding attention
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to think on your feet and keep the energy going for extended live sessions
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Experience with TikTok, live streaming, or content creation is a bonus — but not required
• Passion for people and products

Schedule

Flexible availability — we offer both part-time and full-time hours. Evenings and weekends may be required based on our live show schedule.
