Sales Associate

Our sister company is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Mi Department Store. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a positive shopping experience through excellent service and product knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a positive customer experience from store entry to purchase by using appropriate sales spiels, answering queries, and assisting with merchandise selection.
• Clearly communicate product features, services, procedures (such as returns or replacements), and promotional offers to customers.
• Address and escalate customer complaints for timely resolution.
• Maintain clean, organized merchandise displays, updated price tags, and functioning store fixtures.
• Request timely stock replenishment using Stock Requisition Slips and prevent merchandise loss through regular inventory activities.
• Support developmental assignments such as cashiering, merchandise receiving and pull-outs, stockroom organization, and documentation.
• Comply with company health and safety protocols to protect employees and customers.

Qualifications:

• Education: At least Senior High School graduate with 1 year of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 0–6 months of experience in retail or sales.
• Experience in the retail industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, selling, and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of merchandising and stockroom procedures.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
