Sales Associate

Duties & Responsibilities:

Actively identify and acquire new accounts, including drugstores, hospitals, doctors, LGUs, and clinics across the region.

Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Achieve monthly sales targets through effective selling strategies and techniques.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire pharmaceutical catalog, focusing on bulk packaging and wholesale pricing structures.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and promotions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: A college graduate of any course.

Experience: Familiarity with a pharmacy setting or dealing with drugstores and LGUs is a definite plus.

Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.

Communication: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills.

Knowledge: Hands-on experience or familiarity with open-market medicines is an advantage.

Attitude: Must be highly trainable, hardworking, and possess a strong willingness to learn the business.
