Sales Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage counter sales operations in a retail environment, ensuring efficient processing of customer transactions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with product selection, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of sales data, inventory management, and store operations to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets, improve processes, and enhance overall performance.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in counter sales or related field (retail industry).
• Strong knowledge of stores warehouse operations and showroom sales procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at the counter.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while meeting deadlines.
