Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will assist their Team and Team Leaders on dealing with presenting the company's products and services to potential clients from small-medium enterprises (SMEs) to large corporate entities. Administrative work that may be related to their function including and not limited to customer profiling, saturation, management, client engagement, reports, and other admin tasks. Will be responsible for coordination and documentation between internal and external partners within the organization on transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Present the company's products and services to potential clients
• Assist Team and Team Leaders with client engagement
• Perform administrative work including customer profiling, saturation, and management
• Coordinate and document transactions between internal and external partners
• Prepare reports and other admin tasks

About you

• At least a Vocational, Highschool, or Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Knowledgeable and possess good computer skills - MS Office (Excel, Word), Outlook, among others
• Excellent communication skills especially for phone, email, messaging apps
• Good interpersonal skills
• Personable, flexible, and able to work in a team with minimum supervision
• Organized, honest and able to multi-task
• Responsible and meticulous to details and meet deadlines
• Work experience and those with corporate sales and IT experience is a plus
